The Secret History was one of my three choices, though not the one written.
I love that book. I played Henry Winter in various guises for years in RPGs from Spycraft to Amber.

I'm only familiar with the TV-verse. Looks like bookverse was already nominated last year.

I'll highly rec the bookverse. I liked the TV show, but the books are ... darker and richer, with a touch more bitterness.
