Hi! My comment - and as far as I can tell, the addition to the app - was deleted because I mentioned that I might add more requests later. This was seen as a placeholder. But those are the fandoms I have already requested in my actual Yuletide signup. The only point where I can 100% guarantee that I won't add more is after signups are over, and at that point, nobody else can sign up to write for my fandoms either. So what is the purpose of adding a letter, if not to encourage writers? I am confused.

Hi Kattahj,

I didn't delete your addition to the app - as far as I could tell, you hadn't added your letter yet?

Letters are helpful to inform writers what requests might be available, but another main reason to post them is to advertise your prompts for treats.

You're welcome to add your letter when you are confident you know what you are requesting.
