Wanted tropes:
Gabriel Knight -- any canon-appropriate darkness is fine here. Since canon includes murder, werewolves, vampires, human sacrifice, cannibalism, and the main character repeatedly dreaming of himself being hanged from a tree, it's a reasonably open field. :-) I'd prefer not to get unrelenting darkness, though, since part of the appeal of the games is that there's humour alongside the darker stuff.
Elfquest -- one of the brilliant things about this comic book is that it manages to deal so well with unpleasant stuff. The gift I received a few years ago is spot-on for an example of "just dark enough for me" in this fandom.
Songs for a New World -- the self-proclaimed "King of the World" is in prison. He claims he doesn't know what he did wrong. He is almost certainly either lying or ( ... )

Fandoms: The Craft (1996) [Any], Fingersmith (TV)[Maud Lilly, Susan Trinder], The Mummy Series [Anck Su Namun, Imhotep], Penny Dreadful (TV) [Mina Murray, Vanessa Ives]
Wanted tropes: I personally prefer the more one on one psychological hurts so betrayal, gaslighting, unhappy endings (except for Fingersmith. Torture them all you want, but let them be somewhat happy in the end), brainwashing, haunting, mind control, possession, poisoning (of the mind or body), invasion of privacy... I'm sure I'll think of more once I hit that Post Comment button.
Unwanted tropes: Animal abuse and body horror are a no. I also don't want character death in Fingersmith, but it's fine in the other three. Generally, I don't like any sort of really physical infliction of pain.

The Duchess of Malfi (Webster) - This one has tons and tons of canon darkfic tropes: isolation, claustrophobia, gaslighting, imprisonment, incestuous obsession, poisoning, child murder, conspiracy, wrath, insanity (especially historical ideas of love-madness, melancholy, and lycanthropy), guilt and obligation, etc. etc. etc. -- even a little ghost stuff, if you want to expand on the echoey grave scene. Some of my prompts deal with canonical respites and refuges from these things, but I would love fic that explores how dark and bizarre and suffocating this play's psychological landscape is.
Revenger's Tragedy (Middleton) - This one is also balls-out grim Jacobean tragedy, so much the same stuff applies as in the above. Obsession, betrayal, manipulation, untrammeled destructive lusts, poison-smeared skulls wearing people clothes, and in general all that good stuff.

Snowpiercer - The canon itself is pretty dark, so almost any of the prompts in my letter could lend themselves to a Crueltide fic.
Maleficent - I'd be interested in an exploration of the darkness she descended into, and how much of that she retained even after the happy ending of the movie.
Wanted tropes: Gaslighting, mindfuckery, mind control, PTSD, denial of agency, betrayal that carries extreme negative consequences that don't get fixed, sane person being surrounded by insanity and losing their own grip on what's real, touching (and embracing) the dark places of the soul, submission and service to authoritarian power, torture (physical or psychological), extreme capitalism, seemingly (or actually) good people making evil choices for what they believe to be "the greater good"
Unwanted tropes: Rape or child molestation, graphic child abuse, animal cruelty/mutilation
