Gosh, can I +2? Is that allowable, or am I so brain-broken I can't even tell how silly that looks?

It has been in the past--I wrote a VR.5 story one year!

I would be behind VR.5 if I had anyway of watching the thing, but I haven't seen it since it originally aired.

The last couple of years, individual franchises were their own fandom. In any case, B5 itself was eligible, so Crusade should be eligible either way. :)

Oh, Crusade. ♥ I might have to add it to my rewatch once I've made it through all of Babylon 5...

Sometimes I'm really slow to see the slash, but Jeff/Tom in Smith, definitely slashy! They're on my long list, but my long list is waaaaaaaaaaay too long!

Ha. I've had these lined up since last Yuletide; alas, there are four super-rare ones I want to request, so I hope someone else will nominate one of them. (There's basically no fic, which is a crying shame in all of these cases.)
  1. Ring of Swords, by Eleanor Arnason (I discovered this too late for last year's Yuletide, and OMG do I ever want Nicky and Gwarha!)
  2. Nantucket trilogy, by S.M. Stirling (I will keep requesting Kashtiliash until I get him!)
  3. Starfire series, by David Weber & Steve White (I got this for Yuletide last year; still in love with Zhaarnak and Prescott)
  4. 1632 series, by Eric Flint et al. (*needs more Admiral Simpson*)
Anyone else up for any of them? Pretty please? *bats eyelashes*

A big big YES to both the Nantucket Trilogy and 1632!!! I've just starting rereading Islands In The Sea of Time for like the 40th time. I can't believe there is so little fic for 1632 since Flint supports it!

Yeah, a very different fannish approach! But even if it weren't, a lot of people use "fanfic" to only mean fiction that's not for pay.
