*flail* OMG, thank you! It's gorgeous and awesome and perfect and I feel so lucky. :) Love love the premise - man, someone should write a fic like this. Pirate!SPN!fic has probably been done at some point, but one that's based on PotC would be awesome. And the drawing itself is just gorgeous! Your likenesses are perfect, it's remarkable. And Sammy looks delicious with his hair tied back like that. And aww, the way his arm is slung around Dean's shoulder... they're off to cause some pirating mischief, yes they are! And damn, but their personalities and viewpoints do rather suit Jack and James - I wouldn't have thought of it before, but it really works.

Anyway, thank you so much! I look forward to the artist reveal so I can come check out your other art and so I can thank you personally. :) Whoever you are, you're very talented. ^_^

I agree. There does have to be a blendfic/crossover for those shows. That would be divine. XD

It would verily be awesome. :) There are a lot of parallels between the characters, now that I think of it, so it would be interesting.

I "borrowed" one of Will's coats for Sam, only because James doesn't wear anything clean and gentlemanly that isn't a uniform, but the painting was definitely sparked by your listing of Jack/James & Sam/Dean. I'm a fan of both pairings, myself. Thanks for the inspiration!
