After researching a bit..
I've become extremely pissed off with what Square has to offer nowadays...
Ever since they have joined with Enix, it seems that they have gone downhill.
Sure....
They woe everyone over with their graphics....
But is that all they really have to offer?
Tell me...
now what Square Enix game was worth the money...
The World Ends with You obviously....
The Kingdom Hearts team got together with Jupiter (made pokemon pinball and Gameboy Camera)
Kingdom Hearts was an awesome and new concept!
But the KH teams are different than the Final Fantasy Teams...
Seems to me that all that the FF teams have to offer are re-makes....shitty ones I may add.
FF III was the worst thing I've ever played on DS.
But they manage to "wow" everyone with their FF: Crisis Core (which to me was an enjoyable game, but looks like they took the battle system from FFXII and Kingdom Hearts)
This all started with the dropped project, Chrono Break.
Now I understand that Masato Kano and Yasuyuki Honne (Soft team) left to be with Monolith Soft. But isn't there a way where the two companies can become one? Just for a project?
And I understand why Square denouced Chrono Ressurection. That was a fan made game and they had no permission. (Even though I highly doubt that they were going to sell the game >.>)
To Square Enix,
We are just fans that want to see the "good times" again.
FFIV was my first FF game...and I'm happy to hear about the remake for DS. But seriously...
Maybe you should take a break from squeezing what the FF franchise is worth and try something new.
Sincerely,
Fans from 1983-2003
