Summary: The kingdom of Lacroix finally had their princess but a misunderstanding almost cost the princess her life. In the middle of a fairy war, can the prince get the chance to wake her princess?
Its a battle of good versus evil... will the fairies stop the evil creature who threatens to take their lives?
As they fight to protect the human and fairy kingdoms, will the fairies be also able to find their true love?
CHAPTER 1: LACROIX'S PRINCESS
Once upon a time there was a kingdom named Lacroix, it was famous for being one of the most beautiful kingdoms that ever existed on Earth. Rich rainforests seemed to be the borders for the kingdom… animals that were extinct in some other places freely roamed the forests and the bodies of water full of fishes just waiting to be caught. Trees bear fruit all year round, the air was fresh and the flowers bloomed everywhere. And standing proud in front of one of the mountains and serving as the watch tower of the kingdom stood the Wooneuk castle, a majestic castle in white and silver.
The kingdom was ruled by the KangTeuk couple… the just (and sometimes violent) king Kim Yongwoon, known as Kangin and his queen, dubbed as the angel queen, Jungsu known as Leeteuk or Eeteuk. Together with their advisers and the army, the people of Lacroix were living satisfactorily. There was only one problem… the couple still had no heir. After being together for 5 years, the famous couple was still childless making the people anxious and excited for the couple’s future offspring…
“Yongwoon…”
The king smiled as his beautiful wife approached him in his office, Jungsu’s smile was Yongwoon’s reason for being able to control his temper despite the swamp of papers needing to be sorted and checked. Kangin stood and opened his arms so the queen could get into them… and so the queen did.
“Already missed me, my queen?”
Leeteuk nodded and buried his head on Kangin’s chest not saying anything. Kangin’s forehead creased and he pulled his wife slightly away, “What’s wrong?”
Leeteuk shook his head and buried his face again in his husband’s chest and the bewildered King hugged his wife tighter.
“Did anyone hurt you hon?”
Leeteuk shook his head.
“Are you not feeling well?”
“…”
“Kim JungSu…”
The door to the King’s office suddenly burst open revealing another handsome guy, “Teukkie hyuuung! I just heard about it! Congratulations!”
Leeteuk turned around making the white gown he was wearing ruffle and he immediately ran to clamp a hand on his dongsaeng and cousin Duke Donghae…
“hmmfpsdfjdsfdhfbd”
“Teukie honey? Are you hiding something from your husband?”
Leeteuk pouted and smacked Donghae hard, “ow hyung!!!”
Kangin chuckled and grabbed his wife’s arm lightly, “don’t hit your dongsaeng honey…”
“But he spoiled my surprise!”
Donghae rubbed his head and pouted cutely, “Not my fault hyung! I didn’t know you were keeping your pregnancy from Kangin hyung!”
Kangin gaped and looked alternately from his wife to Donghae then back to his wife… Leeteuk again hit Donghae several times and would continually have done so had Eunhyuk not have run to save his husband.
“Teukkie hyung stop hitting my Fishy!”
“Your Fishy spoiled my surprise!!! How dare you! I’ll throw my shoes at you!”
Eunhyuk hugged Donghae so all the hits were directed to him instead and he shouted, “Kangin hyung snap out of it and control your wife!!! I’m getting hurt here!”
The king blinked several times before he got out of his trance. He hugged the panting and obviously still angry queen and Eunhyuk released a deep breath…
“I just heard from SungMin, congratulations Teukkie hyun g and Kangin hyung! Finally a prince or a princess for Lacroix! Ow, my back…”
Donghae rubbed his wife’s back and kissed his forehead, “Sorry EunHyukkie… I didn’t know Teukkie hyung haven’t told Kangin hyung yet.”
Eunhyuk patted his husband’s back and smiled at the Kangteuk couple, “Hyung…. I’m bringing Fishy to the healer so they can take a look at his head. ”
Donghae bowed politely at the royal couple and held no resistance when Eunhyuk took his elbow and guided him out of the room.
When the EunHae couple disappeared from view, Leeteuk’s hold on his husband slacked and the king guided his queen to the nearest chair. “Honey, is it true? Are we going to have a little Kangteuk baby?”
Leeteuk shyly nodded and Kangin took one of Leeteuk’s hands and kissed it softly, “thank God… I love you Teukkie…”
“I love you too Kang-innie…”
The kingdom rejoiced upon the announcement of the coming prince/princess and a feast was prepared for that night in celebration.
