Summary: The kingdom of Lacroix finally had their princess but a misunderstanding almost cost the princess her life. In the middle of a fairy war, can the prince get the chance to wake her princess?
Its a battle of good versus evil... will the fairies stop the evil creature who threatens to take their lives?
As they fight to protect the human and fairy kingdoms, will the fairies be also able to find their true love?
Chapter 12: The King
Dark Fairy castle, Lacroix underground
“I’ve finally found you at last…”
A dark fairy with all black wings bowed, “your majesty… both the air and land troops have been exterminated… “
“Whaaat?! How can those puny fairies finish off my army?”
The fairy flinched and bowed lower, “the… king and queen of Equion and Axiem came with the Axiem Prince… your majesty…”
The dark fairy king stood, his black gown ruffling the floor. “The Equion princess must be here then. Good. I can kill both princesses.”
“Your majesty, do we need to really hurt the princess?”
“Hyun Seung…”
“Yes, your majesty?”
Hyun Seung dropped on the floor because of electric shocks, shocked gasps were heard and another fairy ran forward to help the boy.
“Hyung!”
“Shindong, get away from him.”
Shindong held the boy closer and shot a pleading look to the king… “Heechul hyung… if you continue this, this boy would die.”
Heechul blinked and sat on his throne, thereby ending the punishment on Hyun Seung… “Shindong take him out of my face, now. Before I change my mind.”
Shindong nodded and hurriedly carried the boy bridal style and flew away… he gazed on the ceiling and sighed… he was tired of everything… he wanted to just rest but he knows he can’t… sixteen years ago, he felt this power and he welcomed it… but now, he was scared of what he had done… of what he had become…
“Heechul, rest... I can do it from here.”
The beautiful man closed his eyes and felt the weariness slip away from him… this was what he wanted…
When Heechul opened his eyes, it has changed from black to expressionless brown eyes… he straightened his seating position and smirked,
“Taecyeon…”
Taecyeon appeared and bowed politely in front of Heechul… “Yes, Heechul hyung?”
“Take some of the Qiennes and other fairies and go to Hanalda…”
Taecyeon raised an eyebrow questioningly, “to the human land, hyung?”
Heechul nodded and smirked, “we need more Qiennes…just leave three Qiennes there so they can bite other guardians.”
“But hyung…”
Heechul’s smirk vanished and he slammed his hand on the arm of the throne and the sound echoed throughout the throne room, “Do not question me! You are lucky my host is fond of you or I have killed you years ago.”
Taecyeon bowed his head lower and gritted his teeth, “Yes hyung. I’m sorry.”
Heechul looked directly at Taecyeon with an expressionless face and he said, “I understand that your brain capacity isn’t as wide as mine. Go now.”
Taecyeon stood, fists clenching to maintain his patience at the fairy that he respects. He bowed one last time and walked away as Heechul sat back on his throne.
“Oh… And from now on, call me King Woo Hyuk.”
