Difficult choice to make!

I am taking 4 classes this summer (techinically 5 till i drop one). So here is the hard question, do i take what will eventually help me the most in life, but might kill me with the work lol; or do i take what has a lot of reading, but is an easy course that i will never need or use after i get out of college?

Decisions are so hard to make XD

And i don't know how much work I am really willing to subject myself to this summer lol
