ONE-HUNDRED AND FIFTY-FIVE.

This should get my mind off of things..

All right, kids. As you know we have a new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher. That means the classes will be split up. I'll be taking care of Ravenclaws and Slytherins again, and he'll be in charge of Hufflepuffs and Gryffindors.

In honor of that, I'm giving you an assignment. There will be a lecture in class for you to take notes.

First Years - Second Years: Dark Creatures; Hinkypunks You'll be writing an essay on them. Include definable traits, location of said creature, and possible defense against them. Minimum 30 cm.

Third Years - Fourth Years: Dark Creatures; Grindylow You'll be writing an essay on them. Include definable traits, location of said creature, and possible defense against them. Minimum 45 cm.

Fifth Years: Necromancy Write an essay. I'll definitely be looking at the history. Don't just copy from a book. Include any notable past usages as well as modern takes on this form of magic. Minimum 60 cm.

Sixth - Seventh Years: Protego Totalum Practical You will be expected to create the largest barrier you can with your abilities. The larger it is, the higher your grade.

((Homework input is here.

6 -7th Years assignment: I've done this before, so it's plan old copy/paste deal: For sixth - Seventh, the floor will be set up with something along these lines. Except.. more round and less crappy. A glass will be set up on the outer rim of each circle. Each student will be asking to cast Protego Totalum with an attempt to make the largest protective bubble they can. Depending on which glasses were spared, will determine their grade.

Say how they did, but I don't want a ton of "they made the biggest bubble ever." This will be a fast paced assignment and if your character doesn't do well under pressure or isn't a fast thinker, they probably didn't do so well.))

lecture, let's forget things, new teacher, do not want, homework
