So, Raikou finally went back. Finally. It feels nice not having someone watch my every move. I'm already in trouble as it is. I don't need there to be any other reason for Hattori to come back for a little visit.
I got another letter today. I'm in no position to argue this one. I've already lost my guardianship rights to Yoite. It would be best not to lose my place in the family either. Or my life.

I don't know what you want me to say. Everything seems to have gone down hill lately. I can't really make it up to you. I've done nothing but lie to you all this time, even if it was just to keep you safe. I didn't want you to get dragged into all of this bullshit. It's not right for a kid your age to deal with this kind of thing. I don't want you to end up like me.

All right kids. I'm going to be absent for a few days. Probably the whole weekend. I'm leaving the class to Maron, so don't give her any trouble. It's your responsibility to get your assignments done and turned in on time.
First - Second Years: Dark Items. Mainly, items that are considered part of dark magic. Just write a short essay about all the items you know. Make sure to include how they are used. Minimum length is 25 cm.
Third - Fourth Years: Dark Detectors; Exhibition and Quiz. You'll need to be able to name the item by sight.
Fifth - Seventh Years: Curses. I want you each to pick a curse. You'll focus on that single curse through out your whole essay. Make sure to include characteristics, identifiable traits, origin, any historical use of the course.. something that had to have a big impact on the Wizarding World. Anything else you can find would be great. It doesn't matter if more than one of you pick the same curse. Just make sure I don't catch the same essay five times.
Minimum length is 40cm.
