...My god, I now have students with three separate assignments. DX

Maka explained exactly WHAT a Grindylow is, where it's from, what danger it presents to people, how you stop them from drowning you and a bit about the exceedingly random fact that merpeople keep them for pets. It goes a little over a foot and reads a bit like an encyclopedia article, but it gets the job done.

Botan sort of doodled a picture of a sea serpent in the margin and wrote straight facts about the appearance, diet, habitat, favorite color, etcetera before explaining that they also get a bad rap since, basically, Nessie (a Kelpie) is a dick and takes the form of a sea serpent. She used that point to explain that sea serpents are harmless and present no threats to humans, Muggle or wizard and would probably prefer to be left alone. This, thank god, only goes on for two feet. She even put a little drawing of a tape measure at the end on the side to signify this.

Lilie did hers on the little known Dugbog, describing its diet (citing its favorite, the Mandrake), habitat, appearance, rating on the danger meter, and what countries it can be found in. She goes over a bit wondering if the Dugbog has ever been the reason lost pets were never found if the owners so happened to live near a marsh and wondering what eats Dugbogs. It's about...two feet and a quarter and would probably be at home in The Quibbler, but it tells someone about Dugbogs at least.

*collapses* And now ends one of many comments in which I say "a bit" A LOT. :|
