Where's my DVD?

A month has already passed since Arashi's "Scene" release and I haven't seen my DVD yet... yesterday I wrote a mail to YesAsia, and this was the reply:
We are sorry to inform you that your shipment seems to be lost due to customs or postal issues. We have initiated reshipment for the order, and the reshipment is now being processed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

And I haven't watched one single minute of that concert yet... nor even one gif in order to not spoil it... how long I am supposed to wait??
