“Nee~ Kaibutsu-kun! Why don’t you transform for me once again?”
It had been almost the twentieth time that Sakurai had asked that, but he couldn’t get tired of it yet.
He couldn’t help it, as Satoshi was incredibly cute while acting in that way.
And the Arashi’s leader knew very well that his friend was enjoying it a lot, so he kept obeying his requests: he was shaking his hands in front of his own face, putting up a funny expression that made Sho burst into laughter.
"Ahahahahah!"
The sound of his hearty laugh was something that Ohno really loved.
He had missed it a lot in those days when Sakurai had been busy with Tokujo Kabachi filming and his job as a newscaster for Vancouver Olympics… let alone all his other usual assignments.
He had even said it out loud during some interviews: “I don’t know how Sho-chan can actually do all those things, he’s so busy in this days… I wouldn’t be able to do the same”
But for the whole time, Sho kept working with a smile on his face as not to worry people around him.
Even though he was obviously tired.
And the one thing that bothered Ohno most, was that Sho had stopped laughing sincerely for a while.
That’s why now he was more than happy to see him so amused.
“You should stretch out your arms now!” requested Sakurai, apparently not tired of that silly game
“You know that I can’t do that for real!” complained the older man “It was made by Computer Graphic…!”
“Not what I’m talking about” replied Sho, now in a serious tone “I want you to stretch your arms around me. I kinda want to hug you, you know? It seems that it had been ages…”
A soft chuckle, then Ohno’s arms wrapped around the rapper’s body as soon as he leant against him.
They stayed silent for a few instants, until the Arashi’s leader spoke softly: “I was nearly thinking that Sho-chan had already forgotten this”
“Don’t joke with me. This has been one of the things that I’ve missed most”
Because it has always been like that.
A lot of people believe that the real Arashi’s leader is Sakurai Sho, because he had been always the most dependable among them.
Other people believe instead that Ohno is the one who, more than anyone else, can hold together the five members;
as Sho has labeled him, he’s “the Arashi’s protector”.
The truth is, Arashi can’t do without any of their two leaders… because themselves can’t live without each other.
