NaNoWriMo pt2
So I wrote a lot today but was distracted several times by my adorable goddaughter. She really is the sweetest kid ever even though she is quickly approaching the terrible twos. Seh loves 'aunt yuki' though.
anyways, i'm calling it a night with only 49015. so close...yet so far away when you have a headache and a sore neck. I did acomplish 4 out of the 6 plot goals that i had today.
I'm just running into the problem of deciding which boy my FMC needs to kiss. I had originally intended her to fall for the strong, daring type but the longer I write the book, the more I'm enjoying watching her interact with the shy, nerdy type character. My inner voice (who has read way too many Anita Blake books for its own good) keeps telling me that it is okay, she can have both. I'm not really sure how that's going to work so she may leave it a cliff hanger at the end of the book as to which she does choose if she chooses anyone at all. i mean, it's not really a romance at all but she is definitely drawn to both the characters.
