Its been a long time people! Sorry for the extremely long MIA. Contains color layers, color balance and curves. Done in Photoshop CS4. Purple/magneta with a blue tinge to it.

01. Edit, crop your image however you like. Duplicate the your image twice.

02. First duplicate - set to SCREEN - Opactity: 100% // Fill: 50%

03. Second duplicate - set to SOFTLIGHT - Opactity: 100% // Fill: 100%

04. Go to > LAYER > FILL LAYER > SOLID COLOR // #0c0000 // Set to EXCLUSION - Opactity: 70% // Fill: 50%

05. Go to > LAYER > ADJUSTMENT LAYER > COLOR BALANCE // I used these settings: +34, -10, +36

06. Add another color adjustment later. I used #ff6c00 and set it to COLORBURN - Opactity: 20% // Fill: 40%

07. Lastly, I use CURVES:
RED:
FIRST POINT
Output - 137 // Input - 121
SECOND POINT
Output - 113 // 92

GREEN:
FIRST POINT
Output - 104 // Input - 99
SECOND POINT
Output - 155 // Input - 143

BLUE:
FIRST POINT
Output - 169 // Input - 144
SECOND POINT
Output - 106 // Input - 87

And you're done! (:
