I took this from A~chan and I think it's really clever. It's the same format she posted but I twisted it a little! Just a little. The catch is that it's only got to be about you. Sometimes it's nice to just vent or talk or share a secret without giving all the specifics. A lot of people have trouble doing that...myself included.
