I'll be with the Hartford for three years next month. I am itching to try something new but I don't know where I'm going to get the awesome time off that I do with this soul crushing company. I might just continue to sit for awhile and see if I get a raise with my mid year review. If not, I'm going to ask to switch to 10 hour days Monday through Thursday. I can either get a second job and work on friday-Sunday for the extra income I need or I could have Friday's off to have an extra day to enjoy life. I don't know if my boss will go for it but I want to wait and see if I get a raise or not.
