parakiss !!
i-i finally got round to finishing reading parakiss last night eheh;;
and ohhgoshhh i freaking loved it !!
even though i knew the ending already otllll which i guess somewhat spoiled it leh
but but i LOVED the ending/chapters leading up to it !! it was at the same time not super predictable (atleast to oblivious me) but really realistic- could definitely turn out like that irl.
i loved how yukari and george just kind of mutually drifted (not really the word maybe?) away from each other,because realistically it would never work out..but a huge breakup/fallout/ott scene would just have been urgh.
their thoughts on each other and everyone else i found perfect; everyone stayed true to their character .. there was no one who's ending i wasn' t happy with. yukari's future, being happier with her family, miwako and arashi(and their child), how george turned out, and isabella (i freaking love isabella! his backstory was very sweet ) also i'm a sucker for those reflections about everything lmao.
as a whole,the characters were freaking wonderful and got better (and more realistic) as you learnt more and more about and felt more and more for all of them.some more i adore yazawa ai' s art, her storylines, characters, humour, and sense of style (goshh the outfits so gorgeous * ロ*//)
...otl sorry i could gush about this forever.
