Pegasus occupied himself with loading the holographic models of the structure he had designed into the display system here. It would be projected in lovely 3D in the center of the black glass boardroom table.

Once the other members and CEOs started to file in he gave up fiddling with his presentation tools and focused on greeting them and offering smooth good humored small talk. He noticed Kaiba slipping in unnoticed, or trying to at least. He spared the young man a cursory glance, but thought it best to give him the space he wanted.

It was odd, Kaiba usually had a much more demanding and impressive presence, especially in his own domain. And that ugly grey trenchcoat tied up higher than his waist. Was he playing at being a spy? Or had he simply had some sort of silly accident and ruined his usual clothing somehow?

"Good evening Mister Kaiba...you're looking overworked as usual. And what of your usual trench coat? Don't tell me you had another unfortunate run in with green jell-o?"

Pegasus smirked at him and took his place at the head of the table. There were quite a few strange looks between them and no shortage of poorly hidden laughter at the younger CEOs expense.

Seto simply glanced up at Pegasus for a moment before going back to fidgeting with his pen.

He didn't want anything to happen today. He had wanted it to be a normal work day without the presence of the silver-haired man. He didn't want Pegasus to be here. What if he found out. What if he-?

It was supposed to arrive today. It would be harder to hide if Pegasus decided to use his Eye. It would be harder to use if Pegasus knew.
