Bad Chinese food for lunch.. Hit at 1 after my lunch.. I have been sick ever since. had to call in sick today. Sometimes I don't think they think you are sick when you call in. I get a "Ahh". I slept till 10am this morning.

Ricks appointment is tomorrow at 7am.
