Stuff
I actually got out of the house today, which was nice. I went on a walk around the neighborhood with Mom. It was a nice cool day, so it was enjoyable instead of icky, like it would have been if I went on a walk in the summer. Ew. Poor Mom has a bad cold and has totally lost her voice. She hasn't had much of a voice the last couple of days, but she's had several school field trips coming to visit the park, so she lost what little voice she had left doing that. Thankfully it's the weekend now so she can rest it now.
I can't remember if I mentioned the beading calendar I got from my Aunt Maureen for Christmas. It's really neat, it's got a different beading design a day or so (some take more than one day to explain), and I found a *really* cool design that's called the byzantine chain maille. It's a really pretty rounded design you make out of jump rings. It's actually pretty simple to do, but it looks complicated when you finish it. I made myself a bracelet with gunmetal gray jump rings.
