Chapter 1 - Gun
I wandered from home to home and town to town a year after she first appeared in my mother’s store. I hadn’t loved her even then; I was just more attached to her.
She was the closest thing to family that I ever had. Still is even though I have no idea where she might be. I know she’s safe; she’s always been able to take care of herself.
Even after she found out where her half brother was before he came to her. I never found out and only meet Essence once.
But while I was traveling on my own, I did something I enjoyed and met someone soon after. The man I met name is Isra. He’s a bit beautiful, a pinch of sweet, a teaspoon of gentle, and made up mostly of understanding.
He’s knows of the evil thing I did two days before I left to travel with Jo, and he understands why. He doesn’t tell me how evil I am nor how wrong it was to do it.
That night, the night Gaven fully died and Gun was born, he didn’t die alone.
