If I received this comment...
Related work section describes other proposals. Their
main functionalities are described. However, any mention is made about the
problems they exhibit so that authors can justify why their proposal is
necessary, why it is better, and therefore, why their paper should be
published.
What does it mean, I wonder. I don't quite understand whether it means that I SHOULD justify my proposal, or that it's already justified by describing the other related work?
