Topic: CHECKING OUT VOICE ACTOR'S POPULARITY IN AKIHABARA

He talks to a girl in a maid-outfit (she gives out information for free at the station), who greets him with "Welcome back, Master" - Yucchi: "This was the first time I was called 'Master' by a maid, but it's a pleasant feeling."

She tells Yucchi about a hotel where the morning wake-up calls are done by students who aim to become voice actors. (MAJISSUKA!)

Then he goes to watch how voice actors read out stories while illustrations are displayed, which is very ~moe. Still, instead of being excited, the audience is completely transfixed and serious watching it. They mention how Japanese voice actors were also a big thing on the Japan Expo in France.
He interviews them why they do the picture stories and they say it's like returning to the origins of anime. (MAJISSUKA!)

Yucchi goes to a so called voice actor-cafe that only opened this month. The guys working there are all professional voice actors. The special service ('Voice Actor Jukebox') they offer is that you can ask them to read out lines you choose.

So Yucchi also has to read out some middle school delinquent line (meaning, it's kinda rough Japanese, he doesn't usually talk like that): "With you, I wouldn't mind being together. Because you're always taking on everything alone, I can't leave you anymore. You can say that you like me! Say that you always liked me more than that guy."

They're also always looking for more lines you'd like to hear them say. (They don't do them immediately, you can write them down and they'll have a look, but for Nakamaru, they take a special request)

Yucchi gets to choose a line, with the following setting
(1) A girl in a recruitment suit
(2) The line she says after coming back from an interview

So the girl goes "My interview went fine~ If I pass the next one, you'll praise me, right?" Yucchi is pleased. :D

FYI, Moe is a word to describe something cute/appealing in otaku speech, although the word it self mainly used for female anime characters lately we also see fans use it for male idols. Please check wiki for further explanation.
