For the past few weeks since the events of chip that doesn't exist, Mother has been a bit more of himself. Carl's working on a coding experiment - but everyone needs to glance away from the screen every now and then, and with so many windows in the office, it's only natural that he'd look out the window.
Just in time to see an official-looking black car lead a Winnebago up the street.
"...Guys? Better idea. Who wants to go collect the keys to his present?"

Whistler cocks his head at Suzi, grinning; Crease just shakes his head and gets up. "I'll handle it," he says. "You people just..."

He looks at Mother a moment.

"... keep him asleep, why don't you," Crease suddenly finishes. "I think we all owe Mother a little something extra after what he's been putting us through."
