So, Bookit sucks. :p I was supposed to have a Quantum tutorial at nine this morning in Barclay 021. I decided to leave with Vicki when she headed off for her 8:30 and then just sit in the class and work for half an hour. This didn't happen since I got there and there was definitely a class in the room. Arts students of some sort. So I went over to Avard Dixon to double check the email, which definitely said 021. So I went looking through the building for another class it could be, but every classroom in Barclay was already in use. Eventually, someone else from my class showed up and was confused, so we went over to Stacy's office. She called Bookit, who said that the room should have been empty and suggested we try Crabtree 202. By this point the entire class was assembled, so we trekked over to Crabtree to discover... there was a class in 202. A professor and one student, but a class with the room permanently booked nonetheless. At that point we decided that Bookit had it in for us and decided to hold the tutorial in Stacy's lab. Yay getting the entire class into a small computer lab. :p
I was happy to discover that the reason I had things cancelling when they shouldn't on the assignment was that there was a typo in the question. Missing negative signs are dangerous. :p
After that it was Inorganic. I HATE symmetry. I always miss at least two symmetry elements in every structure and even when he shows me on a model, I still sit there going "... I don't see it." I am SO not visual enough to do this stuff. :p
Then I got to send my crystals off for analysis. Some poor student at UNB is going to hate us for our packaging job, because it was seriously intense. :p
