What's the meal that you can cook by yourself (erm... besides instant noodles) for lunch or dinner? 
Here's one of my favorite simple combination :

Easiest?: typical Jap curry version kai(improvised with hidden recipe to enrich the taste)
Fav: pan-fried dumplings(not those ready made ones and then just fry it...)

I sometimes drop by Ikea to buy the mix for the meatball sauce, go home and whip up a batch then drop cooked pasta in too with some minced meat. Lovely \o/

cream of chicken is slight salty >_< haha... and sometimes i go for cream of mushroom XDD

Erm...

How about this?

I used to boil egg noodles until they're nice and tangy.
Then I'll open up a can of Ayam Brand Chicken Curry, dump it on top of the noodles, mix and eat.

It's like Curry Chicken noodles~ Cept that the curry taste didnt really go into the noodles.. =_=
