big gig?

There's one old polish rock band, and I mean OLD, their heyday dates back to when I hadn't even been born yet. In fact, they managed to split two years before that meaningful event. And they were big. And important. And what-not.

Ten years later (which still means early '90ties) they got back together and they're active until now. Well, more or less. Their style didn't change too much for ages and as long as my personal opinion stands for anything, they're strongly outdated. They expired sometime around the end of XXth century, I think. I don't know anyone my age (not to mention younger) who goes to their concerts.

They have released one great song several years ago, lyrics of which said "One should know when to leave stage while invincible". Sadly, it doesn't seem they understood the song themselves.

Why do I care to write about them, you wonder?

Because, expired or not, they're still one of the biggest acts on poor polish stage, and my, I repeat, MY band is most likely going to play support before their concert!

Thank you.
Now, the truth is, we're only going to play 3 songs, and then there will be yet another band (local one, but older and bigger than us) with about 6, and only after them Perfect comes on stage. But hey, who cares? We have a chance to play for a public of ca 15 000 people! Even if it was only about coming on stage and saying 'hi', it would be worthy.

Our drummer who arranged it said it's all said and done, but somehow I still can't believe. I guess I won't until I climb that stage and see for myself. But I really, really hope for this dream to come true &hearts .

[EDIT]: As you can see, the layout & header have been changed. I made them myself, and I actually like them, the pink flower separator included. I'm sober, healthy and conscious (the usual level anyway). Blame shibuya-kei.
