It's been some time since I posted anything else than fanfiction. Here goes some private-yaki then, this time it's spicy chicken with fruits. Over here, many people can't even imagine eating meat with fruits, because meat is salty and fruits are sweet and there's no way it could go together well. Or so they say. Well, I love it, especially when it's spicy. Chicken, leek, raisins, peach, pineapple, banana, plus a LOT of garlic, ginger and chili.
There's only one problem with loving garlic. Afterward the whole house smells like vampire hunter's HQ...

I totally forgot about this year's Valentine's. I still remembered shortly after midnight, but when I actually woke up yesterday, it just wasn't there in my memory anymore. So far I have been confused about it, hating it, making fun of it, actually having fun, or not caring, but never really forgetting. Hehe, guess my subconsciousness is still on stand by.
By the way, I've sent an e-mail to that Japanese university about two weeks ago, but haven't got a reply. I wonder if sensei was already away on vacation when I sent it, or did he think it was irrelevant unless I sent an actual application? However, if they're going to deny me, I'd rather see the horror news as soon as possible, so that I could plan something else.
You never know, with Japanese... are they away, not caring (no way), confirming, or 'politely not denying'? Or was it a tragic faux pas to approach S sensei directly? Would it be better if I first talked to someone else, who would then talk to sensei's assistant, and then... aah! I feel like I'm diving in a sea of question marks each time I think of it.
But it's important for me, you know.
