here Attacking Nishikido Ryo first thing in the morning wasn't wise, but Yasu wouldn't have any other chance to meet his bandmate till maybe next week, but most likely New Year, as he was going back to Osaka, and Ryo was staying in Tokyo with NEWS. That was the reason why our favourite dolly stood in front of Ryo's door and stepping from one foot to another, before he took in a deep breath and coyly pressed the doorbell button. He was lucky on that Mr. Sid Vicious of Kanjani was already awake and actually preparing to leave his apartment in next few minutes, so he opened the door quickly, and did even say 'hello'.
"Hello, Dolly" was what he said. Sung actually.
"As much as I like your voice, Ryo-chan, you're nowhere around Louis Armstrong" Yasu risked biting back, as he was a little tired of that dolly-thing already. It wasn't safe, minding Nishikido's recent condition, but how long were they supposed to put up with his moods? Even someone as nice and understanding as Shota was fed up with it.
Ryo gave him a questioning look as he was putting on the shoes.
"You don't take part in the next work me and Tacchon have scheduled in Osaka, and then it's New Year's holiday so we've decided to take remaining two days off and go home a little earlier. " Yasu said, explaining his presence at Ryo's place. "But you have a concert tour with NEWS So I guess we won't see you for quite a time. I just came today to say good-bye and wish you a Happy New Year."
"How cute of you." Nishikido said in a tone that indicated he was not pleased at all. But, other than usual, this time it was exactly what Yasu expected and hung on.
"Look, don't you think it's high time you ended these scenes? I mean, we're all affected, and..."
"So?!" Ryo snapped immediately, and almost pushed Shota out of the flat when he was leaving. "What do you expect me to do?!"
Here came the hard part. Blondie looked around the corridor, making sure no people could accidentally witness their conversation, and, starting towards the elevator he said almost casually.
"I don't know.... How about confessing to Ueda if you really love him?" He finished with his back turned to Ryo which was a deadly threat, but fortunatelly the impact of his words were big enough to leave Nishikido motionless.
"Who said I love him?!" or was it frozen from anger? Oops...
"Nobody!" Shota exclaimed quickly. "I was joking, just joking! Everybody knows you couldn't love him, there's no way you could, right?"
Magically, these words meant to calm the bitey Osakan down only worked him up more.
"And exactly why CAN'T I love him?!" He screamed, the elevator door closing behind his back only added to the tension he created.
"So you do?" Yasu blinked.
"I didn't say I do! But you can't say I can't!"
What was really pissing Ryo off, was that yet another person advised him to let Ueda know his feelings. And this time it wasn't even a person who knew that said feelings really existed. He was mentally devastated when he arrived at NEWS practice and wished not to hear or see anything love-related for as long as possible. Only to face Jin's sudden outburst of Tegoshi-love soon after he arrived.
***
Jin run as fast as he could, but it might be that he had lost even more time because of it, getting lost every few corners he passed, circling within the quiet streets of the suburb Tegoshi lived in. There were not enough people there to ask for directions really, especially at that hour. However, with some help from a shopkeeper and a policeman, he managed to find the right building and entered it proudly. It was short before noon when he finally rang a bell to the residence, and was soon answered by Yuya's mom.
"Akanishi-kun?" She was rather surprised by his sudden visit. "I thought it was Koyama-kun coming with the papers, and in the late afternoon too?"
Jin blushed a little.
"I didn't bring any papers, I'm only here to see Yuya." He mumbled, while Tegomama-san was letting him inside.
"Oh, that's so sweet of you." The woman looked so happy it was almost scary. Looking at her, Jin could quite easily guess where Yuya got that instant-cuteness-smile of his from. It was an exact copy of his mother's.
And so was the pout. Now, how old was that woman? Forty-something?
"But he's asleep now..." She said apologizing-ly, gesturing Jin to the living room, and disappearing into the kitchen just to bring a cup of tea and cookies a few seconds later. She must have just made it before he came. "Yuya-chan has a high fever, and now when he finally fell asleep..." She didn't finish the sentence, but it was obvious she'd rather leave Yuya sleeping. And yet again, her troubled face has changed in a freaking-ly fast manner, now showing she had got an idea and thought it was good.
"Akanishi-kun, since you already came all the way here..." Now her smile was just too sweet. Pure saccharine. "Would you mind watching over my boy, let's say... half an hour? You see, I'm afraid of leaving him alone in his state, but I have to do some shopping, cause there's absolutely nothing decent for lunch... Would you mind? You're not that busy, since you just came to visit, right?"
"No, it's okay, Tegoshi-san." Jin smiled, happy that it wasn't anything bad. Actually the idea of staying alone with Yuya was rather appealing to him, even if the boy was sick and asleep. "Take your time, I've seen there's not many shops around here."
"You read my mind, Akanishi-kun." She grinned, and stood up. "Then, I'm leaving the household to you. And my dearest boy too!" Jin could swear she had sent him a meaningful wink, but that was impossible, right? Soon she was at the door and before he could actually get used to the idea, Jin was left alone in the flat.
Save for supposedly asleep Yuya who he was to confess too. How long could he sleep in the middle of the day?...
Oh right, the middle of the day...
Jin panicked remembering what time it was, and what day of the week. He quickly pulled his cellphone out of his bag wondering how come nobody called asking where he was only to realize the battery had died. He was ditching practice like a delinquent kid cutting school, only that this was not school, it was his work, and surely the consequences would be much harder than a scolding from some teachers.
Ueda would kill him. Jin was positive about it.
He grabbed the phone speaker he found in the hall, but he didn't actually know any numbers of his colleagues by heart, always using the memory book in his - now dead - cellphone. He put the speaker down nervously, about to scream for help, when finally realization struck his head.
He was now in Tegoshi's house. Tegoshi was a member of NEWS. NEWS was a part of his company. And so was Tegoshi's cellphone, probably present wherever the boy was.
Jin tiptoed to the room he guessed would be Yuya's bedroom (third time, cause first two ended with him finding a toilet and a storage, but really, nobody's perfect, right?) oblivious to the fact he had already made enough noise in the corridor to wake Yuya up if the boy was supposed to.
Luckily, the sleep of sick boy with a fever was deep, so Jin managed to enter the room rising no commotion, and looked around. With the curtains down the room was a little too dark for him to see the mobile, at least from his observing spot near the door. He closed it behind his back and proceeded in the direction of Yuya's bed, expecting the phone to be somewhere within the boy's hand reach.
Yuya looked beautiful when he was asleep. Even sick, even with his forehead sweating.
Jin didn't really know when the smile found its way to his face, nor when he sat beside the bed and brushed some hair from Yuya's face.
"To think Ueda is the only one who gets called a princess..." He whispered as he did so. "You're a perfect Sleeping Beauty, Tegorin..."
On that idea of his own, Jin actually chuckled silently. He leaned forward and placed a soft kiss on Yuya's lips, careful not to press too hard, cause he didn't really want to wake the boy up. However, when he heard a tired voice whispering his name right into his mouth, he couldn't' help but to put a lot more of his passion into it. And a tongue, too.
"Jin..." Tegoshi whispered dreamily. He never called Akanishi by his first name, but he was also never kissed by the man, so he easily assumed he's still asleep, having a beautiful, hot dream. Fever and things.
"I love you." Akanishi wasn't aiming for originality at all.
"Since when?.." Tego has never had such corny dreams. On the other hand, it seemed so real...
"Kame told me I do about two hours ago."
Okay, that was just too stupid to be true. Positive he's having feverish fantasies, Yuya closed his arms around Jin's neck and admitted he loved him too, only to engage their lips in another deep kiss.
After that, things went alarmingly fast, with half-conscious Yuya doing a great job relying on his instincts, and a really happy Jin doing what he was best at. In the end, thanks to Yuya's tactics they were both alone for about two months, and none of them was used to it. Jin didn't really know when and how he landed under the covers, he knew he didn't plan it yet was last to oppose, and as for Yuya, he was pretty sure he was still asleep. (Would you think otherwise finding Akanishi Jin confessing to you rather nonsensically, and then taking off your PJs with one hand and his shirt with other, in your own bed, when you have a really high fever?)
When about an hour later Tegoshi's mum arrived back home, she couldn't find Jin anywhere until she peeked into her son's room, only to find two boys cuddled under the covers together. Her gaze couldn't skip the fact that the pile of clothes beside the bed got a little bigger than it was this morning, And the shirt on top definitely wasn't Yuya's property.
Trying to hide it from her for so many years, and getting so careless just now? She smiled at the youngsters' naivety, when she was leaving the room in silence. As she proceeded to the kitchen, she thought it was really high time for Yuya to officially tell her what she knew for years. In the end, he just came of age recently, who could think of a better opportunity for coming out of the closet too?
Maybe she should ask some hard questions about them sleeping naked together during lunch. She didn't want to confuse Akanishi-kun, but if he had enough guts to make out with her son when he was asked to watch over him, he had to live through her questioning too.
Meanwhile, in Yuya's room, two satisfied young men were slowly coming back to the world of living. Within seconds they both were to almost scream their lungs out.
One realizing his wet dream was not a dream at all.
The other remembering he was to call the company really LONG ago.
With this part posted, we're up to date now... and there's only two left. Christmas is near, isn't it? ~^_^~
