Lost?
Contrary to evidence, i am not dead!
I knocked another state off my list: Texas. My cousin got married, and i went in order to spend time with that part of my family. My grandmother passed last September, and we are all discovering that we enjoy each other as adults. I had a wonderful time connecting with several cousins, aunts, and uncles. Well worth the time i missed from work.
Currently, i am hosting a houseful of guests. Well, three guests, but with Roommate, Roommate's Girlfriend, and Mr. New Man of my own, we had a total of 7 people in the house Friday night, two of whom were relegated to the living room floor on air mattresses. Dorm style party weekend!
Anyway, the guests are Graywolf, Sejrfader (
valfader) and
hafwit. Hopefully, fun is being had by all. At the moment, two of the guests are asleep, Roommate and RGF are out, Mr. New Man is working, and Sejrfader is reading BBC news articles to me while we sit on the couch and pet the cat. All in all, a good weekend. Photos and update to follow tomorrow night, after i'm rested and recovered. Vikings are tiring :)
