A-kon and Kaitou Kid!
So, A-kon went pretty well. I admit that it was nice being on the 3rd floor near the stairs. The elevators were totally avoided and their horrid lines. :) And my Detective Conan related collection grew just the way I wanted. With the acquisition of a large Kaitou Kid figure. And the gift of a chibi!Kaitou Kid from my friend. :D
Also saw at least three other Kaitou Kid cosplayers and took selfies with two of them with me as Kid, too. Very fun. I'm not going to post those in a public entry. Perhaps later in a different entry.
So, my small but very satisfactory collection of DC related stuff:
I have a good Conan, a good Kid, and a chibi Kid (and some miscellaneous small Conans that are in storage). The only thing more I could want would be a Takagi-keiji figure. But I don't think that exists.
