(no subject)
murrh. i installed the sims and hot date and unleashed on brian's laptop... but forgot about the fact that it requires the cd to start up and his cd drive doesn't work >.<;;
so... yes. a moment of sadness.
random things i'm not sure about:
working full-time over the summer, for a handful of reasons. most of them involving brian, those that don't involve him involve our friends. the money would be nice, i really need to do something about paying for college and getting ready to move out, whenever that happens. my mom gave me good news the other day, they probably aren't going to move back to texas in a year. so, that's a slight relief. i've been kinda worried about that for a while now, even though brian kept promising me that i wouldn't have to go back with them, that the two of us would figure something out. i just hate when that sort of promise is necessary.
so, yeah. one less thing to worry about. now just gotta make sure that, whatever happens, i have money for classes and books these next two semesters. plus there are a few frivolities i would like to acquire, such as a new ps2, a gba, a new computer/laptop, some stuff for my car (seat covers, steering wheel cover) and i think i need some more clothes for work.
along with all of that, i need to take care of car insurance and cell phone, but i think i'll manage.
i need to do some more extensive research on teaching programs and such, so that i'll be more prepared for the tests i'm going to have to take. if not by learning anything (that's what my classes are for) just knowing what to expect would be nice. like, i did next to no preperation for the sat's, didn't really know (or care, at the time) what the test would cover.i did well, 12- or 13- hundred something.
and now i'm rambling. and now i stop.
