Generally Sponsored Poetry Poll
Welcome to the Generally Sponsored Poetry Poll for January 2010. You have $40 to spend. All the $5 poems have been sponsored already. There are three $10 poems left: "A Fine Man's Line," "Radiant Matter," and "Science is..." There are three $15 poems left: "Hand Over Hand," "The Hourglass of Infinity," and "Those Who Were Made." There is one $20 poem left, "The Discovery of Maybe." There is also an epic, "A Spark of Love," at $88.50 if you'd like to start microfunding that.
There are a lot of ways this could break down. I'm going to start with a size-based poll, then move on to a poll for selecting individual poems if necessary. (This poll does not offer all the possibilities, but rather a representative sample. Several folks complained of choice paralysis, and it's hard on me to figure out all the variables. So we're going to try this simplified version, and you can tell me how you like it.) I will let this poll run at least until Monday evening, when I'll check it to see if there's a winner. If so, I'll post the selected poem(s). If not, I'll let it run a little longer.
