"The Essence of Life"

The energy of the mind
is the essence of life.

It needs a balance
between control
and liberty.

With too much
rigidity, the mind
loses its ability
to adapt and
gets mired in
preconceptions.

Don't believe
everything you think.

With too much fluidity,
the mind loses its stability
and tumbles into chaos.

Don't be so open-minded
that your brain falls out.

The essence of life is balance.
