I have written a funny thing or two about Trump. . . . I won't put them out there. I think this candidate is no laughing matter.
If one wants to read about this king of thing, it is in Mein Kampf. Or, as you say, in the KKK's history. And if one wants to read about what this leads to, there are lots of history books on fascism.
Right now is a good time to pass the word on to any Republican entities one can find -- if the Republicans pick Trump, there are a lot of people who will not vote Republican.
Is that a good solution? I don't think it will be enough. But it is something. Making noise about this is a good idea.

I've been saying that too. Then backing it with a reminder that fascism is a collaboration between government and corporations, and Trump's in bed with so many megacorps that it's an orgy. 0_o

Frankly I hope they field a different candidate and Trump runs Independent. While I abhor America's tendency to reduce a wide field to two parties in which a third-party candidate does nothing but ensure the more similar canditate won't win, I remain willing to take advantage of this in such situations.
