Oh they have those too. You haven't met him yet, but one of the more momentous supervillains is Shigeru Fukui, CEO of Lucky Frog. He has a minor talent, a major artifact, and very astute business acumen.

That would be a fucking scary super-gizmo. I could imagine it being made in Terramagne. I even know which character could make it. O_O Eek eek eek.
No, I really don't think I'd want to bring that here. I wouldn't want to bring the Ring of Doom either. Some things are powerful but very very dangerous.
