Poem: "after the humans"

This poem came out of the December 7, 2010 Poetry Fishbowl.  It was inspired by prompts from natasiakith and janetmiles.

Here the waters of the Earth are personified as women.  While not vulgar, this poem is rather wanton, so I'll put it below a cut.

A common trope is being disgusted at the thought of your parents having had sex, or continuing to do so. Should we be disgusted at the thought of Mother Nature and Father Time having sex? :-D
