THE FAIR ISLE HAT VS. YSABET'S SANITY, PART 2

Nov 30, 2010 10:44

Okay!  Being that the viewing audience has deemed me madder than a box of frogs (currently a 37% majority vote), I'm working on the bloody hat.  Would those of you who'd like access to the pattern please send me your email addy via LJ message?  I'd just post the thing like I had intended, but there's a copyright issue even though it's a free pattern; it can be shared without constraint, just not published electronically. Picky, picky, picky; but I don't blame 'em.  So far I've got raventhourne , scribe_ari , lazulisong , socchan , kaitou1412  and ash_blackwell  as wanting it-- message me, y'all, (because I'm not certain the email addys I have are current) and I'll send you the link (it's in Gdocs) and list you as permitted to view.  ^__^

I've gotten to row 4 of the stripy edging, using Noro Kureyon, which is a tad coarse but knits up beautifully.  I'm having a bit of trouble with twist, as Noro tends to be tightly spun, but nothing I can't manage.

Okay, back to work for me.  One last thing:  Get-well wishes to nightengale , who is currently sick as a dog, poor thing!  Keep the Gatorade going, little sister, and cuddle with your kitteh; everybody knows that kittehs keep germs away.  **hugs**

knitting, shiny!, she's being weird again
