How to Shop at Suruga-ya and Sign-up at Tenso Japan JShoppers
SURUGA-YA (https://www.suruga-ya.jp/) is another Japanese online store that sells second-hand or preloved Japanese pop merchandise. Their catalog consists of anime figurines, manga, anime DVD/Bluray, Japanese magazines, books, J-Pop albums & singles, concert DVD/Bluray and drama and movie boxsets too and so much more! What's also good about them is they have time sales every now and then.
I already shopped at this store thrice and I can say that their service is absolutely good. I bought some Takei Emi Blurays and Perfume CDs and they're still in great condition. They packed the items very carefully with bubble wraps.
However, before you could shop at this store, you'll be needing a Japanese address. I greatly recommend the forwarding service "Tenso Japan JShoppers" found in Osaka. They're way cheaper than the Tenso Japan located in Tokyo. I already used both of their services and I like the service of Tenso Japan JShoppers more. First, their service fees are cheaper. Second, the shipping fees are also reasonable. The third and the most advantageous benefit for me, their storage lasts up to 6 months.

How to sign-up for Tenso Japan:
You need to verify your e-mail address first. Then, just enter and confirm your full information and you're done! After registering, they'll provide you the address that you will be needing in your online shopping in stores that need a Japanese address. They will also provide you your forwarding number which you also need to input in your details in the online Japanese store. Please don't forget this since if you fail to input this, Tenso Japan will not be able to determine if the parcel that will arrive in their warehouse is indeed yours. Aside from the address, online Japanese stores will also be asking for a contact number. Tenso Japan will also provide their number. After you have successfully registered for a Tenso Japan account, you can now shop at Suruga-ya!

I suggest that you use kanji to search for your desired items to purchase since the site won't recognize if you only input romaji and they will not show all the available items.
How to shop at Suruga-ya:

Suruga-ya accepts international credit/debit cards and Paypal for international customers. They will deliver your items to Tenso using Yu-Pack, Yu-Mail, or Yu-Packet. After you have placed your orders, they will e-mail you asking to confirm your items. I suggest using google translate to translate their e-mail. It can help you. You can also respond to them in English. They can understand. If they have already shipped your items, they will e-mail you the tracking no. You can track it at the Japan Post. (https://trackings.post.japanpost.jp/services/srv/search/?locale=en) When your items arrive at Tenso Japan, Tenso will notify you via e-mail so don't forget to check your e-mail.
The usual price of shipping fee of Suruga-ya costs about 440 yen for items less than 1,000 yen and 385 yen for less than 1,500 yen and the shipping is free for items costing more than 1,500 yen.
Suruga-ya also offers time sales every now and then. They usually have items costing just less than 100 yen.
