[The device clicks on. It is being held at an odd angle, and as the video streams, only a small can of vegetables and the top of a knee is visible. A minute passes.
The video slowly shifts, then quickly spins. It ceases movement a few seconds later, and, slightly-angled, Cecil is seen. He is sitting with his knees drawn to his chest, hands on his knees. His eyes are open and facing forward.
He doesn't blink. He doesn't move, breath shallow and not very audible at all.
