hello my future roommate
i am looking for a roommate to move into a lower two-bedroom flat with me in the nine mile and woodward area [southeast "quadrant": walking distance of downtown, the wab, como's, &tc.] of ferndale [the place is already "found"]. the rent per person is 375$ + utilities [wireless internet available]. the neighborhood is really cute, quaint, quiet, &tc. we have laundry downstairs and a large, fenced-in backyard. i'm friends with those living in the upstairs flat, and they're great/fun/motivated/&tc. pets also may or may not be a-okay, but it is quite possible.
so if you or anyone you know are/is interested, a timely response would be great!
move-in is july or sooner perhaps.
