Update?! Me?!
Well it is definitely time for an update, and I have nothing but time until Thursday. First of all, I should start with the fact that I moved to Washington, DC yesterday. The house is beautiful, the room was furnished with a great bed and tv, the closet is big enough for my clothes, landlord is awesome, neighborhood is a bit sketch, and metro is two blocks away. I love my room though, and I look forward to starting work on Thursday for OMB Watch, a non profit that acts as a financial watchdog for the government spending, and advocates the need for nonprofits to lobby. I am their Development Associate, a new position.
I played tourist today, went to the monuments and the mall. There were some cute ducklings.
