How interesting

So after my anthropology teacher mentioned the relative tallness of many Presidents of the United States, I looked up the heights of all of them. I was further interested because I watched a fascinating program on the History channel last night about the Presidents.

I am taller than James Madison (5'6"), Martin Van Buren, Benjamin Harrison, William McKinley, JQ Adams, and John Adams. I wanted to be taller than Millard Fillmore after learning about him last night (I had no idea he was a president)- for future reference for anyone else that did not know about him, he was our 13th President, and a rather poor one that because he came ot presidency after the death of Zach Taylor, and gave into pressure from congressman Stephen Douglas and agreed to the Kansas and Nebraska Act that probably quickened the Civil War by adding to national tensions. That really was a great program last night- I have been feeling REALLY dumb lately because I have been sick, so it was nice to feel my brain working again.
