oh my god!!!
this has been the week of meeting gorgeous, famous guys!! first, while in sun valley, idaho for a family reunion we saw an ice skating show and the main person was alexei yagudin, 2-time olympic gold medalist, who my aunt just happened to sit next to on the flight in. so after the show she was determined to see him and so we waited for him to come out and he finally did and we all met him and got his autograph and a picture with him!! and he's so hot! i was on such a high the rest of the night. then... last night i saw rooney in concert and they were soooo good!!! we were really close to the stage too, probably about 5 feet back, i felt like i could just reach out and touch them! they didn't play for very long but it was awesome. then afterward, the 6 of us who went were sitting on the sidewalk waiting for my parents when the lead singer, robert carmine came walking by. we were all just sitting there shocked when beth said "can we have hugs?" and he said, "why, because you want to be close to my body? my body is a wonderland." kind of creepy but oh well we all hugged him and oh my god he's so hot! it was so exciting beyond belief! then we went and got breadsticks at woodstocks and then rented the princess diaries because he's in it, and actually looks kinda better in the movie but oh well! i had never met anyone famous before (prague anyone?) and then all of a sudden 2 in a week! i feel like such a ditz but oh well you have to be sometimes!
