Summary: Ohno starts to fall asleep at the office.
Notes: Written for rainbowfilling at the very last minute because I am a champion, using the prompt "loyalty". elfiepike told me to write office!AU Ohno/Aiba, so hopefully Ohno + Aiba will suffice for now.

( It still doesn't feel right, Ohno thinks, running his fingertips over the arm of the stapler. )

I'd love for these two to work in my office with me. It's almost to the snoozing part of the afternoon now, and I am definitely feeling Ohno here (which is probs why I am avoiding work to read this hehe)

I love this. Absolutely LOVE it. It's such a simple concept, but it was done absolutely brilliantly. I didn't think I could feel bad for a fax machine, but the way it's scared of being rejected by the other fax machine, that was just brilliant!

I love that Ohno is all disconcerted because they gave him a new stapler- presumably one that is newer and "better," but since it isn't his stapler he has no interest in it. I see myself in that description and could really connect with his feelings!

I also love how Aiba and Ohno have their rhythm and know each other so well that drinks are a given and Aiba paying is a given and just how comfortable they are with one another.

I just can't fully express how much I loved this because I'm feeling stupidly inarticulate right now so I will just key smash and be done with it: AFCKJDSGFADKGHJAFHDIOG!!!

Ahhhh wow, I'm glad you liked it! You know, on the rhythm thing -- I think especially for Ohno, having someone who understands his rhythm and with whom he can easily slip into a kind of comfortable routine is key. He totally strikes me as the guy who can do the same thing for long stretches of time as long as he feels like there's something that feels good about it, and maybe in this instance what feels familiar and worth it is Aiba.
