Rose wasn't sure how long she'd been there, locked to the coatrack. Oh, it was humiliating, hanging there while her arms went numb, then began to ache. She had more time than she could ever want to imagine all the ways the Doctor would react to this. Few of them were pleasant. And she was thirsty, too. Why didn't anyone have the good manners to offer their prisoners water anymore?

He returns with a mug of tea and a plate of biscuits. (Hoping that they will actually keep her quiet.) He sets them on a small table and carefully moves it within her reach.
"Here you are, then. Do try not to make a fuss. Your Doctor should be along shortly, I hope."

He ignores her and glares at the console. He's debating whether or not to kick it. It wouldb't do the circiuts any good, but it'd make him feel better.
