Modified Floorplan
Provided by Sims 2.
Consider the original one more accurate as far as the real layout goes, but this one is for detail. Pretend the real thing is less long.
L138
There's a neighbor to the left and sparse woods to the right.
Front "porch"
lol garden gnome. Feliks got it at a garage sale for $0.25.
Patio
Pretend there's a little space in the wall to go outside :c
Hallway?
idk but this is one of my favorite parts of the house, with that lovely big window and plants... That's a long mirror to the right, and on the left is a grandfather clock. The wallpaper is presumably vintage, like 70s or something when his grandmother last redid the house.
Kitchen
This kitchen looks very grandmotherly. Surprisingly or unsurprisingly, Feliks spends a lot of time here cooking for himself.
Dining Room
Feliks' grandfather was a painter, so the majority of the artwork in the house was created by him.
Dining Room Wall
Except this one. They brought it from Poland.
Living Room 1
His grandparents' old furniture smelled like old people, so as soon as Feliks moved into the house for college, he got rid of it and made clearly superior and speedy replacements.
Living Room 2 / Hall
I don't know, I just like that arch.
Bedroom 1
This is where Feliks sleeps. It's a lot messier than Sims 2 can show, though the rest of the house is pretty tidy :(
Bathroom
I don't know how Feliks' grandfather ever felt about having a pink toilet and sink.
Bedroom 2
Since his grandparents are no longer living in the house, Feliks has turned the second bedroom into a storage/work space. In addition to the old computer he surfs the internet with occasionally (dial-up, even), there's a fish tank, plenty of college textbooks and old homework, as well as fabric everywhere.
