I've been recovering from a cold I caught from a friend.
Aquabats were...aquabatic. I met Chris's sister Lisa, who ended up getting a great view of the show. We all had funz. Those dudes like to give high fives and high tens.
The Buzzcocks were great. I was in the front row and my whole body ached from the moshing. They gave high fives to me and other people in the audience (but not high tens).
Radiohead was great as well, although I think I preferred the concert I saw a few years ago at Blossom Music Center. The guy next to me had to buy his tickets from a scalper for $300. There were a lot of people around me smoking pot. Natalie Portman was sitting one row in front of me (but she was not smoking pot). Some guy came up to her after the concert and I thought it was some nerd that worshipped her. I did a double take and realized it was Gideon Yago chatting with her.
Everywhere I go, there's a camera crew filming the third Spiderman movie. Last week they were near Foley Square filming the scene where Spiderman gets a key to the city. Today they're doing skycraper shots with a Spydercam. The cameraman was telling me about the films he has worked on and the setup of the production schedule, as well as the costs of filming in NYC.
I have finals next week, and I've barely finished my readings for my politics class. I also messed up badly on my last biology exam. I spent 10 minutes debating whether to put "abortion" as an example of a surgical form of contraception.
The city is starting to get really humid.
